Sciatica is a medical condition characterised by pain going down the leg from the lower back. This can be a cause of poor biomechanics, a pelvic tilt or wrong rotation.

Scoliosis is a condition in which the spine is bent abnormally, either to the right or to the left. If left untreated, the condition can lead to serious damage.

Numbness and tingling sensations in the toes is referred to as paresthesia. Numbness can be caused from diseases such as diabetes or a local or distal  nerve problem.

A common biomechanical factor associated with lower back, hip or knee pain, which is often overlooked is a leg length difference. Greater than 5mm should be assessed.
